Orders will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or US Postal Service in most instances. We cannot accept returns on opened products. All returns require prior authorisation. All unopened, authorised returns are are refunded less our shipping costs. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Prices on the website may not reflect the current prices because the petroleum and lubricants industry has such volatile costs. Always CALL US to check on the most recent prices. We do not accept C.O.D. or International orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed for shipment. Once orders are processed for shipment, our return policy is effected (see above).

Shipping methods, rates, options, and order processing time will be discussed with you directly via phone, email communication, or both in all instances. Orders shipping within the State of Iowa will be subject to 7.0% sales tax.
